Tommy Galvin LLC provides educational content, coaching, mentoring, and related services concerning futures trading and financial education, including educational material involving index futures such as E-mini and Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures.

All information, coaching, educational materials, examples, trade breakdowns, strategies, and other content provided by Tommy Galvin LLC are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through our services constitutes individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Tommy Galvin LLC does not execute trades on your behalf, control your brokerage account, or guarantee any trading result.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information and making your own trading and financial decisions, including determining whether futures trading is appropriate for you.

No strategy, system, setup, educational program, coaching service, or level of participation can guarantee profitability or prevent losses.

6. Payments & Refunds

All applicable prices and fees are disclosed before purchase or enrollment.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for the amount disclosed during checkout.

Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated in our Refund Policy, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product or service description, pricing, billing terms, and Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

Our separate Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, training materials, educational resources, systems, strategies, frameworks, graphics, written materials, branding, and other resources made available through our services, including the MDR Sequence, are owned by or licensed to Tommy Galvin LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless we provide express written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, resell, share, upload, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our proprietary materials outside the scope of your personal use of the purchased service.

Purchasing or accessing our services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not share account credentials, course access, paid training materials, private community materials, or other restricted resources with unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tommy Galvin LLC and its owner, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, content, products, or services.

Tommy Galvin LLC is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, investment decisions, brokerage activity, market movements, or other financial outcomes resulting from decisions you make.

No specific trading result, income level, financial result, or return on investment is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Tommy Galvin LLC arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Tommy Galvin LLC for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

Subject to any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where legally permitted, within the appropriate courts located in Florida.
