Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, access to proprietary educational content, and the allocation of resources associated with coaching, mentoring, and community services, purchases from Tommy Galvin LLC are generally final and non-refundable.

Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated in this Refund Policy, we do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for digital products, educational materials, coaching, mentoring, or community access.

2. Acknowledgment Before Purchase

Our refund terms are disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the refund terms applicable to the product or service you are purchasing.

Customers are encouraged to review this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, applicable product descriptions, pricing and billing terms, and other relevant policies before completing a purchase.

3. Payment Plans and Recurring Billing

If you purchase a product or service through an installment payment plan for a fixed total purchase price, you remain responsible for completing all agreed-upon installment payments, subject to applicable law.

Suspension or termination of access due to non-payment does not automatically eliminate amounts already owed under an agreed installment payment plan.

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the applicable cancellation takes effect but does not create a right to a refund for charges already incurred, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at tommy@tommygalvin.com so we can review the issue.

Knowingly initiating a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute regarding a validly authorized charge may constitute a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, access records, communications, purchase records, and other supporting documentation to payment processors, banks, card networks, or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any payment-dispute, chargeback, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or experienced another billing error, please contact us at tommy@tommygalvin.com.

Verified billing errors will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
